For health and safety reasons, Eyes Online OSHC Allianz Assistance can’t offer a refund or exchange for any open boxes. You should always check your order before opening it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong lenses
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong lenses or prescription and haven’t opened the boxes, we can exchange them for the right lenses. Please keep in mind that this will need to be done within 30 days. Give us a call on 02 9513 9355

I was sent lenses that are different to what I ordered
If you’ve been sent something that’s different to what you ordered, give us a call on 02 9513 9355 and we’ll check the order for you. Please make sure you’ve got your customer reference number handy.

I’ve changed my mind/my prescription has changed
If you change your mind within 30 days and the boxes are unopened and in good condition, we can usually offer a refund. Please give us a call on 02 9513 9355 if you’d like a refund on your order. Please keep in mind that you might not get a refund if you return your order without getting in touch with us first.
